Terms of Service

By using Flowsight, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. Plain English where possible — please read.

What Flowsight is

Flowsight is a personal financial dashboard that consolidates data from accounts you connect (banks, credit cards, brokerage, email-receipt sources, manual uploads). It shows you what you have, what you spent, and what you earned. It does not move money, give financial advice, or make decisions on your behalf.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. You're responsible for safeguarding your Google account login, since that's how you access Flowsight.

Acceptable use

Use Flowsight only for your own personal financial data. Don't:

• Connect accounts that don't belong to you
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or attack the service or its providers (Plaid, Supabase, Vercel, etc.)
• Resell access or scrape data programmatically
• Upload content that violates anyone's rights

Not financial advice

Flowsight is an information tool, not a registered financial advisor, tax professional, or fiduciary. Numbers shown may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong (Plaid returns what banks return; AI outputs can be incorrect). Don't make a financial, tax, or legal decision based solely on Flowsight — verify with your bank, accountant, or advisor.

AI-generated content

The chat assistant and the daily brief are generated by a large language model (Claude by Anthropic). LLMs can make mistakes, including in arithmetic and category interpretation. Treat their output as a draft, not a source of truth.

Account & termination

You can stop using Flowsight at any time by disconnecting institutions and (optionally) emailing us to delete your account. We reserve the right to suspend access for misuse, abuse, or risk to other users and providers.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Flowsight is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months — which is $0, as Flowsight is free to use.

We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate data, delayed data, third-party provider outages (Plaid, banks, Anthropic, etc.), or financial decisions you make.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will update the effective date above and may be announced in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Flowsight is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
